Really love my new assignment at NB, as my assignment challenges me every day in different ways, and with every passing day, I get to enhance my learnings. The entire team, which is yet small but a pleasure to work with, makes it more enjoyable to come to work. There is a deep sense of belongingness and care among the team members.
We all work hard and are recognized for doing so, being a small team we are becoming multi-dimensional while multi-tasking. The entire team is extremely social and knowledgeable.
One of the things I have learned at Nimble Buying is that even though many organizations have similar departments and functions, our organization has figured out some of the true “best practices”, which indeed are the finest ways to learn and grow as a professional.
