All sales are for consideration and are treated as Final.
Products once sold, are strictly non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, unless there exists a deficiency which has been proved to be directly attributable to our negligence.
All dispatch of products shall be executed strictly against receipt of clear funds / payment.
Products shall be dispatched within a maximum of seven (7) business days from confirmation of clear funds for all payments made to us. In the event we are aware that we shall not be able to meet these timelines, we shall intimate you prior to confirming your order and / or accepting payment.
Orders once confirmed with us shall be eligible for cancellation with 48 hours of acceptance and related refunds, less any transaction charges, shall be paid back within a maximum of 15 business days from cancellation. All products sold from the Nimble Buying and our social media handles are copyright and intellectual property of Nimble Buying and cannot be reproduced, transmitted, copied in whatever form without the prior written permission of Nimble Buying.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELLER ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE; (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT; (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN;(IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY; (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE; AND/OR (VII) USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
Management reserves the right to approve any exceptions to the policy statements set out above.
